"Helpful with a last-minute order change"
I ordered a few table runners from efavormart and then, of course, realized about an hour later that I had picked the wrong color. I’ve done this with other party supply sites before, and usually once the order is in, you’re basically out of luck.
I reached out to customer service, and they were able to change the color before it shipped, which was a huge relief. It wasn’t an instant response, but they did get back to me the same day, which is better than what I’ve gotten from a lot of similar stores.
I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to follow up once just to make sure the change actually went through. But overall, I’m happy they were able to fix it, especially since a lot of places wouldn’t bother once the order is already moving.

"Everything Came Perfectly"

"Smooth shipping to Canada"
I ordered from Canada and, i was a little nervous at first. From the tone of the order updates, I kind of assumed it might take a while, but everything showed up in about 10 days. The box had a small dent when it arrived, though the items inside were totally fine. Tracking updated well along the way, so overall it was a good experience and I’d order again

"Easy to Track My Order"
I ordered from efavormart and appreciated how clear the tracking updates were. I got emails when my order shipped and again when it moved along, so I wasn’t sitting around wondering where it was.
The delivery took about a day longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Everything arrived in good shape, and I’d order from them again as long as I’m not in a huge hurry.

I had a question about my order and wasn’t expecting a super quick reply, but they got back to me fast. The person I spoke with was friendly and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic response. "Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered a few table covers last minute and my gut was telling me they probably wouldn’t make it in time, but I’m glad I took the chance. They arrived within a couple of days, everything was packed well, and nothing was missing. The fast shipping took a lot of stress off my plate for the event. Really happy with the experience.

My order showed up packed really well, and thankfully nothing was damaged. The box itself was in good shape, and everything inside was wrapped properly instead of just being tossed in. I was a little nervous because a few items looked fragile, and broken stuff would’ve been totally avoidable with bad packing, but everything arrived just fine. Overall, I’m really happy with how it was packed and delivered.

"Found what I needed, but the site could be smoother"
I ended up finding what I needed on efavormart, so that was a relief, but my first reaction was like, “Okay, why is this taking so long?” Some pages loaded a bit slow, and the filters didn’t always narrow things down the way I expected. Checkout was totally fine though, no real issues there. Overall, it gets the job done, but the shopping experience could definitely be smoother.

My order showed up fine, so no real drama there. But after I bought it, the emails started coming in a little too often. Tracking updates, promos, reminders — it all kind of blended together like some secret marketing control room had my inbox on a watchlist.
To be fair, customer service did answer when I asked about tracking, so that part was solid. I just wish the follow-up messages were simpler and spaced out more. Not a bad experience, just one of those “why are they emailing me again?” situations.

I liked that the shipping cost was shown before I paid. No surprise fee at the end. That happens on other sites sometimes. I could see the total and decide if it was worth it. Super simple. No guessing. I’d order again.

"The stuff was fine once it finally came..."
The stuff was fine once it finally came in, so no real complaints there. It’s just... the restock took longer than I expected, and I kept having to check back every so often. Not a huge deal or anything, just kind of annoying. I guess I just wish it had been a little quicker.
